1. Who we are

This website is published by vandestadt.com, registered in Mauritius. For anything in this policy, write to info@vandestadt.com.

2. What this website collects

Nothing. There is no account, no cookie, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The site is a set of static pages.

It runs no JavaScript, and it loads nothing from anyone else — the typeface is served from our own server rather than from a font service, so your browser never makes a request to a third party while reading these pages. Our web server keeps no access log.

3. If you email us

When you write to info@vandestadt.com we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it on.

4. Our products are covered separately

This policy covers the website you are reading. Each product decides what it needs to handle, so each carries its own privacy policy, linked from its own site:

5. Your rights under the GDPR

Because this website holds no personal data about you, there is nothing here for us to access, correct, export or delete. Where you have emailed us, you may ask for a copy of what we hold or ask us to delete it.

Write to info@vandestadt.com and we will respond within 30 days. In Mauritius the supervisory authority is the Data Protection Office. If you are in the EU or EEA you may also lodge a complaint with your own national data protection authority.
